This year, CTSD will be administrating the PARCC test to Grades 3 through 8 during the following time windows:
Computer-Based: March 27 through May 19, 2017
Paper-Based: March 27 through April 7, 2017
(1st and 2nd Grades do not take the PARCC.)
What can my student prepare to take the PARCC assessment?
As the PARCC assessment is done online and requires typewritten responses (including written responses to math questions) students should hone their keyboarding skills. Some free, online, typing practice resources can be found at the ABCya! site ( http://www.abcya.com/search.htm?text=typing) or TypingClub.com (http://www.typingclub.com/).
